Garlic Fries // Inspired by the Seattle Mariners

OH MY GARLIC FRIES! How I’ve missed you. I was trying to think so far outside the ballpark food box that I almost missed one of my favorite stadium snacks. Plus, this one is so simple!

Original recipe: Food Republic

◈ Frozen french fries in the style of your choice.

◈ 3-4 cloves of garlic

◈ 2 teaspoons of curly parsley

◈ Olive oil

◈ Salt

  1. Preheat the oven with temperature on the bag.
  2. Wash & finely chop the parsley. Finely chop the garlic.
  3. When the oven is ready, add your fries and garlic to a cookie sheet, lined with tin foil. Drizzle with olive oil and cook according to the fries’ instructions.
  4. Once the fries are cooked to your liking, toss them, the garlic, and the parsley with salt in a large bowl.
  5. Serve hot!
