Miss Washington’s Outstanding Teen 2014 is…Tayler Plunkett!
What a wonderful weekend! I am so proud of each of the 28 young ladies. In my opinion, they all excelled and shined on stage. However, only one could be crowned and in the end I am so excited for Tayler and know she will represent the state beautifully!
Elaina, Joy and Maggie- my Spokane girls- rocked the stage and all looked like they had so much fun. Maggie, who was one of the youngest contestants and in her first pageant ever walked away with Miss Congeniality. This is an award voted on by the other contestants and is quite the honor! Joy and Elaina each floored the audience with their dances. Elaina tap danced to a fun upbeat song, while Joy did a beautiful lyrical dance. I am so incredibly proud of them all…and on a selfish side I am glad I get to spend the rest of my year with Elaina!
