Kailee Cavaliere

Welcome to my page! I’ve worked in sports for over ten years and hope to act as a resource for those looking to learn more about the industry and/or game day experiences. I currently work as an Executive Assistant for the Boston Red Sox, but also have experience working for the Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, Seattle Mariners, Chicago Cubs, and Tri-City Dust Devils. In each of these roles, I’ve most valued the impact I am able to have on fans. Whether it’s someone’s first time to a game or their 100th, I strive to ensure that their experience is a positive one.

Originally from Washington State, I graduated from Gonzaga University with my Master’s Degree in Communications and Intercultural Media. Clearly, I love sports! But, above all else, I love people. I’ve used my degree to travel the world and connect with people of all different walks of life. In every aspect of my life, I attempt to cultivate an empowering community.

The Story of The Sports Passport

In 2015, my mom and I were taking a road trip from Seattle to Phoenix. As avid sports fans, we stopped to watch four MLB games at four different stadiums. At each one, I found myself asking the same questions– where do we sit? what should we eat? Is there anything special we should see? None of which I was able to find answers to. So, this dream of creating a resource where answers to those questions could live was born.
